" I started training in 2019 when I had got to the heaviest weight in my life, I felt uncomfortable and felt the need to always hide my body. I wore oversized clothes and started avoiding social events. I wanted a change, so I got into the gym and after a few months, I fell in love with the way I felt physically and mentally. My goal was to empower other women to love themselves no matter what stage of life and to focus on the beauty of the journey and not the destination."
